C&C Dance Company offers a wide variety of dance disciplines to suit each of your child's needs as well as to provide convenience to our parents. All of our recreational classes are 45 minutes in length, except for our toddler classes which are 30 minutes in duration.
Toddler classes, for 2 and 1/2 and 3 and 1/2 year olds, are a wonderful beginning an introduction to dance. For ages 4-6 year olds, we offer combination classes in ballet/tumbling, ballet/tap, jazz/tap, jazz/tumbling, and tap/hip-hop. For ages 6 and above, C&C offers ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, acrobatics, lyrical, hip-hop, contortion, musical theatre, pro-challenge classes as well as boys-only classes. Adult classes are also offered.
Acrobatics – Controlled tricks, cartwheels, head stands, handstands, etc to improve flexibility, strength and balance
Ballet – Classical, graceful movements to learn and utilize proper positions and technique
Combination – Class in which two separate disciplines are explored for the 4 to 6 year old
Tiny Tot/ Creative Movement – Intro to fundamental dance techniques utilizing songs, rhythms, tumbling and imaginary play
Hip Hop – Funk or street dancing, MTV style using fundamental jazz technique
Jazz – The use of isolations, turns, leaps, etc. to enhance flexibility and rhythm
Lyrical – Contemporary style that demonstrates extension, balance as well as the interpretation of music
Tap – Striking of the foot to the floor to create tap sounds in rhythmic patterns
Tumbling – An introduction to acrobatics that encompasses rolls, headstands, etc.
Adult Classes - We offer classes for the Adults in Tap as well as Jazz this season.
Boys Hip Hop/Acro Combo - a class specifically designed for our boys where they can learn funk style as well as acro
Musical Theatre - A broadway style jazz class based on styles of shows such as Hairspray, Chorus Line etc.
Pro Dance Challenge Classes - a program where advanced level students can benefit from our Showtroupe level classes without having to compete. Audition may be necessary for placement.
Our tuition is based on a 10 month dance year. Our dance year runs from September through the recitals in June. For your convenience, it is pro-rated on a monthly basis. Tuition is due during the first week of classes every month. There is a 10% discount for accounts paid-in-full for the entire dance year at the time of registration. Statements are only issued periodically; therefore, you should not expect a statement each month. However, you may request a statement at any time from the office. A late fee of $10 will be assessed to each account not paid by the 7th of the month. THE FULL MONTH’S TUITION IS TO BE PAID REGARDLESS OF THE NUMBER OF LESSONS GIVEN. Please remember some months may have 3 lessons, some may have 5. There will be a $30 charge for all returned checks, regardless of reason. NO EXCEPTIONS! There is a mailbox in the lobby for depositing payments, letters or notes. Please do not give payments directly to teachers. Payments may be made by cash or check. We also accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners & American Express. If you pay cash, please be sure to obtain a cash receipt from the office and keep these for your records. RECEIPTS must be presented for proof of payment.
Regular attendance is essential to your child’s progress in dancing. However, if your child is absent, their class may be made up in another class in which students are of the same age as well as level. There will be no deductions or pro-rating of tuition for missed lessons, regardless of reason. If for some reason, you withdraw your child from classes, the office must be notified in writing at the time of the withdrawal so your account may be adjusted accordingly. Charges will continue to accrue until such notification is made.

no refunds of any kind!
If your child is interested in routines that may be used for competitions, recitals, talent shows or school programs, please ask for a form in the office. These routines will be guaranteed a spot in our annual recital.
